Through the course of life, every woman has to face unique challenges. While their teen years are all
about physical, mental and emotional growth, their 20s is a time of big transition in terms of starting
a career and family. In their 30s and early 40s, most women are busy juggling work and home duties.

1. Eat a nutritious meal: Nutrition is the cornerstone of a healthy and balanced living. Women
of every age must develop the habit of eating a variety of nutrient-rich foods including fruits,

eat after short intervals as it boosts metabolism and controls blood sugar levels.

2. Stay physically active: It is common for women, engrossed in family and work, to have little
or no time for themselves. But, taking out a few hours every week for a moderate-intensity
physical activity such as brisk walking is a must for women of all ages. You can also play with
your kids to make the most of your family time and at the same time, stay active.

3. Count your protein: A protein-rich diet not only boosts energy and improves mood, but also
